A new era has truly begun at Crossroads. I've been talking about the fact that our worship staff is going to begin intensely mentoring and developing the next generation of worship leaders at Crossroads. It began officially tonight!Dan our senior worship guy described his feelings prior to going into the youth area to both teach on worship tonight and lead our youth. He looked at me and said, "Why have we not done this before, I am so excited!"

en the generations all come together! These are new - very intentional beginnings and I am so thankful to be a part of it! God is good and the ministry is becoming more mature - and I love this new era!
