speed of the leader

Speed of the Leader, speed of the team.

This has to be one of my all time least favorite sayings. Pressure!

I never want to be the thing that is slowing down a team.

But, sometimes I know I do.

Lead: To go before or with. To show the way.

This definition makes it seem much more possible.

Sounds like the way God leads us...He goes before us to show the way.
